The price includes the state fee for company formation, a legal contact person, and a virtual office address for the first year.
Incorporation through Power of Attorney: To establish a company, you are required to visit a notary office in your country of residence. We will provide you with a documents package (Statement, Power of Attorney, and your ID or International Passport) that you need to present at the notary office. If you plan to have multiple shareholders, each individual will also need to visit a notary in their respective places of residence. Please note that the translation is solely provided for notary certification purposes. If any further translations are necessary, they will be invoiced separately.
